All orders will generally be shipped within 5-7 business days unless otherwise indicated in product description. Most orders however, do ship between 1-3 business days.

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

HONEY AND ICE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING ERRORS THAT OCCUR AFTER THE PACKAGE HAS LEFT OUR FACILITY. IF A PACKAGE IS LOST, AND SHIPPING INSURANCE WAS NOT SELECTED AT CHECKOUT. THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE REPLACED AT THE COST OF HONEY AND ICE.
IF a package is lost, stolen, damaged, or missing and you DID apply shipping insurance to your order that's great news! Click the link above to file a claim and we will work on getting you a new order out ASAP!
PRIORITY SHIPPING
Please note priority shipping refers to the shipping speed once the package has arrived at the post office for shipping. The increased fee is strictly paid to USPS. We do not collect a fee for faster processing speed and cannot guarantee it will get to the post office faster than 5-7 business days. We ship orders in the order they were received. No expedited handling.
PREORDER SHIPPING
If an item is a preorder item, the item will ship at the time the item comes into stock along with other items ordered with this. If you would like to have the in stock items arrive prior to the preordered item, please order your items separately.
