I was excited that I could purchase a gift card for my sister so she could pick out her own piece of jewelry. I was surprised when I was charged $6 in shipping, because I thought it was digital gift card. I then assumed I would be receiving a physical gift card, which would have been ok. I was surprised to quickly received an email with a digital gift card. It makes me sad that I was charged for shipping when there was no physical product shipped.
